Teleworking is work performed from a distance, typically over a network such as the Internet, as opposed to work performed directly on site. This means the person does not have to be present in an office to hand in projects or assignments. One can connect to their office at home and we should thank the current technology for this.

It is said that this helps the employees balance their life and life becomes much more easier. The article states that "employees who work remotely or from their homes outscored those who work withing the bricks and mortar on each of these key indicator and in addition the employees who work remotely or from home are more likely to say they intend to stay with one particular organization rather than moving from one job to another.
